Mark us "Safe" from the PHP Vulnerability

By now anyone who follows Internet security, and plenty of people who don’t, have read about the two critical PHP2Shell vulnerabilities published and patched on October 21st.

None of ISC’s supported open source products (BIND, Kea, and Stork) are written in the PHP language, nor do they include or run the PHP engine.

As for ISC’s internal systems, we temporarily disabled the relatively few components that use PHP and then updated them promptly when the patches were released.
