Which one performs good RPZ or Zones with Include statment

Multiple zones (read: classic non-RPZ method) will require more 
resources than a single zone (read: RPZ method).

I typically view needing fewer resources as being faster.  But I don't 
know that such is always the case.

You will likely need to benchmark each method and see which one you prefer.
