Public DNS - recursion no - Access to the Internet

Use allow-recursion { ip_range; }; to set which clients are allowed to
use recursion through your nameserver.
Your resolv.conf also needs the proper IP(s) of your DNS server (even if
it's 127.0.0.1 (localhost))
