Public DNS - recursion no - Access to the Internet

Hi

I've got public dns, it works fine. I set option

recursion no;

DNS still works good, but I haven't got access to the Internet from this the
server, my resolv.comf

nameserver 0.0.0.0

How combine "recursion no" and access to the Internet from server?
