Dynamic DNS - .jnl file

	Updates that don't change the zone contents don't generate
	journal entries.

	Microsoft's multimaster support depends upon clients regularly
	sending update requests to keep the changes "alive".

	Note: BIND 9.2.1 is well past its "use by" date.
