Problem in sending mail

Thanks.
I have talked to our ISP. I have given few of our mailservers' ip and domain ,
just to start with. They created the Reverse/PTR with valid ip and name. But
still i am seeing that mail to the domain *vix.com* are rejected.
Pl. suggest.
