Well... If Paul had done a lookup on your address, it takes time for
the entry to "time-out" in his cache. You and your ISP's servers may
have been updated, but it takes time for the rest of the world to catch
up...

Give him, say, 24 hours and try again. I'm still getting this from my
stub resolver:

139.242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	name =
hindunet-hindunet_inc-206-251-242-139.webcc.net

Authoritative answers can be found from:
242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	nameserver = ns.adnc.com
242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	nameserver = ns2.adnc.net
ns2.adnc.net	internet address = 206.251.228.24

while my ISP gets this: (This is the first lookup I did at my ISP...)

139.242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	name = somnath.ghen.net
242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	nameserver = ns.adnc.com
242.251.206.in-addr.arpa	nameserver = ns2.adnc.net

I can tell you from experience that DNS, while it propagates changes
quickly, is not instantaneous.
