Bind 9.3 won't install WinNT, error creating user.

I tried it "both ways" ...
First time the user didn't exist and I got the error, so I then
tried creating the user to see if the install would detect the
user and just use it, but that didn't work either.

The install seems to just stop at this point and doesn't create
the directory, copy the files or register anything.
