Bind 9.3 won't install WinNT, error creating user.

I've never tried to install it on a BDC. You may need to specify
the domain name as well as the account name:
DOMAIN\named

in order to get this to work. I'm not sure that there's such a
thing as a local account on a PDC/BDC. NT 4.0 is rather
ancient at this point.

It may require the domain name.
