Win2k forgets Nameserver?

Presumably your box placed DNS requests when the server was
busy/rebooting. Some Microsoft clients then switch to the second
server until it stops working. I thought Windows 2000 did
something even more involved, but the behaviour described would
be consistent with the Windows NT4 behaviour.
