9.0.1 : notify ?

Hi,

Is there a special trick to make Notify work with 9.0.1 ? With the same
named.conf (modulo the changes in logging) and zone files I used with
BIND 8, I cannot make the damn thing send a single notify to its friends.

BTW: I can only observe this by looking at those friends, which still run
BIND 8, since 9 does not output anything about the notify protocol, even
with the 'notify' category explicitly routed. Or are all those useful
messages BIND 8 used to produce now only available in debugging mode ?
