script to restart bind for NT

I wrote a Visual Basic 6.0 routine that sends a reverse lookup on its own IP 
address to the DNS running on the same machine every minute. If the DNS fails, 
it stops the service and restarts it. This imposes very little load on the DNS, 
and reduces the down time to less than 2 minutes. Send me an email if you want 
the code.
