Why can't I resolve www.schwab.com

Hello there,

I've been tearing my brains out with this problem and
can use any help from anyone.

I don't understand why my DNS cannot resolve
www.schwab .com but it can resolve everything else. 
Here's what I'm getting with debug on nslookup:
