The non-bind "slice" is known to not be bind-based
Its the notimp catagory that is harder to specify
since some bind code returns notimp as well as non
bind code. Conservative estimates for 2q2000 would
suggest somewhere in the neighborhood of 20% may
not be Bind or bind derived.
"We now open the discussion on whether bindv9 can honestly
be called Bind, since all the Berkeley code has been excised..." :)
