DHCP3 V3.1.1 and PXE-2.0 Client problems

Hi

This has to do with Debian Lenny and the package is dhcp3-server - 
Internet Systems Consortium DHCP Server V3.1.1

Here is an example of a successful DHCP ip assignment to a Intel UNDI 
PXE-2.0 ( build 078)

Mar 26 18:54:18 bluefish dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 via eth0
Mar 26 18:54:19 bluefish dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.1.120 to 
00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 via eth0
Mar 26 18:54:20 bluefish dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for 192.168.1.120 
(192.168.1.110) from 00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 via eth0
Mar 26 18:54:20 bluefish dhcpd: DHCPACK on 192.168.1.120 to 
00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 via eth0

I have the same dhcp3-server config on another machine and this is all I 
get.

Mar 26 21:00:43 debianprod dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 
via eth0
Mar 26 21:00:44 debianprod dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 192.168.0.87 to 
00:1b:eb:35:03:f4 via eth0

The only difference seams to be the hardware. The working one is my 
laptop Thinkpad T61p and the not working one is a HP Proliant ML370GS.

Firewalls are not the issue, nor is cabling. I have even tested another 
PXE bootable pc and it works on both.

Is my next step capturing packets ? or has someone seen this.
