DHCP3 V3.1.1 and PXE-2.0 Client problems

	When that's all that shows in the log, it means that it's
	the client's turn, and either the client is silent, or the 
	DHCPREQUEST is not reaching your server.

	In your place, I would check (a) that the DHCPOFFER is (or
	appears to be) reaching the client, (b) that the client
	is sending a DHCPREQUEST, and (c) that some other (perhaps
	rogue) DHCP server isn't attracting the DHCPREQUEST from
	the client.
