That may well be the case if dhcpd is handling DHCP broadcast traffic
on the LAN. If you compile dhcpd to not handle broadcast traffic,
i.e. all traffic is via DHCP relay agents, multiple addresses is not
a problem. On the other hand, then you likely won't need it :-)
