No Free Leases

Hi

Apologies for this use of this forum but I have been banging my head against this for a while now.

I have the following scope configuration

Subnet 10.182.168.0 netmask 255.255.254.0 {

       Option domain-name "test.com";
Option routers 10.182.168.1;
Option voip-tftp-server <server ip>;

Pool {
Allow dynamic bootp clients;
Range 10.182.168.1 10.182.169.254;
}
}

All I am getting in /var/log/messages is a message about no free leases for subnet 10.182.168/23

Can anyone help?
