You could also fire up wireshark and look at the actual messages and
check what are asking for. Hopefully the are asking for what they need
if it is not standard.

If you fire up a windows dhcp server, you could look for what is in
those messages and see the difference to the ISC servers messages. This
may give valuable clues.
