Not that naive. We have a similar sort of problem to Scott's, and also
solved it this way (i.e. by not using DHCPv6). I am not sure whether this
means DHCPv4 and DHCPv6, in spite of their similarity in name, are
designed to do very different jobs, or if not, DHCPv6 is not up to the
job we use DHCPv4 for. Whichever, autoconf + router advertisements suffices
for us for v6, with DHCPv4 for IPv4.
