DHCP Time Zone and Daylight Saving time

Are you looking for setting the correct time on the clients? What about:

option ntp-servers ip-address [, ip-address...  ];

          This  option  specifies  a  list  of  IP  addresses indicating NTP 
          (RFC 1035) servers available to the client. Servers should be listed 
          in order of preference.

See "man dhcp-options". The clients should get the correct time from the NTP 
server. Maybe in a client script which fetches the current time once during 
boot.
