BIND 9.9.4 is now available. Do we still need RRL & RPZ patches?

In my haste to reply I missed the vix.su 9.9.4 patchsets and forgot that
some of the features were added to 9.10.0 (which is currently unreleased
pre-alpha) instead of 9.9.4.

I have to confess that I do not know what differentiates RPZ2 from "just
RPZ", especially considering the fact that the RPZ2 link on that page
points to the RPZ category in our knowledge base...

I can confirm that those patches do include several minor functionality
differences in addition to potentially significant performance improvements.
