RH 7.2 is ancient.  If you're concerned about security then you really
ought to install the latest RHEL or CENTOS in its place.  Those will
have much higher version of BIND RPMs including a bind-chroot.

Don't patch.  Install a fresh copy from the source.  There's plenty
of documentation on the ISC website, in the source tarball, and in
quite a few other places on the Web if you just look for it.
