BIND 9.4.1-P1 Crashes with rbt.c ...

Hello all,
I have BIND 9.4.1-P1 installed on a Ubuntu Linux Feisty machine. It  
has been operation for
almost last 3 months. Just recently it has started giving me the  
following message
when the process dies:

19-Nov-2007 01:22:00.125 rbt.c:683: REQUIRE((((name)->attributes &  
0x0001) != 0 ? isc_boolean_true : isc_boolean_false)) failed
19-Nov-2007 01:22:00.140 exiting (due to assertion failure)

Could some shed some light on what is happening and what the solution  
could be ?
