I am not aware of such a pool.

In Perl, the most common is probably h2n described in the Nutshell
book "DNS and BIND" (http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/dns5/) :

There are few ready-made tools because such a tool is typically very
dependant on a local policy. This is the world of locally-made Python
scripts.
