plz review "dnscap" before i freeze its UI

it can evolve after it gets its first version number, but never in a
backward-incompatible way.  i've been getting some feedback from the
dns-operations@ mailing list, but i'm looking for more.

http://public.oarci.net/tools/dnscap/ has the tarball.  there will be
a freebsd port, a netbsd package, and probably a linux rpm once it's
considered complete.  right now it's a draft on which i would like
some feedback.
