Slaves get the zone contents from masters. The only place where
you need to create a minimal zone file is to bootstrap a dynamic
zone and even then it is on the master that you do this.

This isn't a FAQ issue. In 20 years this is the first time
I've heard of someone creating a minimal zone for a slave.
Googling for 'slave "minimal zone file"' comes up with exactly
one page.
