bind-9.2.8 give wrong ip

Honestly, I don't know.

Are you the administrator of this domain?  I.e. is ns1-ams-lvlt.ngrs.net 
your NS1 machine?  Perhaps the two machines are looking at different 
views from Bind? 

What might help is posting the full dig +trace output from both NS1 and 
NS2 to the list.
