	The choice is between
	  (a) having the ISP carry the desired PTR records, and
	  (b) setting up RFC2317 delegation so that the OP can
	      look after his own PTR record(s).

	If the PTR record(s) is/are not expected to change, option 'a'
	is fine.  Otherwise, every change will involve a demand on the
	ISP, with associated administrative latency and possible variation
	(due to staff turnover, changed business circumstances, ...)
	in willingness to help.
