Bind 9 for Windows

Hi,

My name is Richard and i am studying a possible migration of Bind 
version 4 (old NT4 server) to Bind version 9 on a Windows 2003 SP1 
platerform.

We currently have 170 domain names hosted.

Can you give me some feedback about Bind 9 and Windows Server? Is it 
stable? Which version do you advice me? Is there a tool to upgrade 
config files of version 4 to version 9?
