Unable to access website within server network , but outside the network yes

Your router only does port-forwarding when it receives a connection on 
its outside interface, not an inside interface.

You need a split-DNS configuration, so that clients on your home network 
resolve www.<something.<> to 192.168.2.2, rather than your public 
address.
