SpamAssassin tells you why in the email headers. An example:

X-Spam-Report:

	'cialis'
        * 1.1 DATE_IN_PAST_96_XX Date: is 96 hours or more before
	Received: date
        * 0.0 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
        *  0.5 HTML_OBFUSCATE_05_10 BODY: Message is 5% to 10% HTML
	obfuscation
        *  1.5 RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 BODY: Razor2 gives confidence
	level above 50%
        *      [cf: 100]
        *  0.1 RAZOR2_CHECK Listed in Razor2 (http://razor.sf.net/)
        *  1.4 DCC_CHECK Listed in DCC
	(http://rhyolite.com/anti-spam/dcc/)
        * 0.8 DRUGS_ERECTILE_OBFU Obfuscated reference to an erectile
	drug
        * 0.0 DRUGS_ERECTILE Refers to an erectile drug

	digest check
