SV: SV: BIND9 master/slave - ixfr fails

Sorry to disturb again..!

I found the error. I didn't use the absolute dir path "/etc/bind/data/m/mydomain.dk" to the zone in named.conf

I just had "data/m/mydomain.dk", which (I now know) didn't work.

Thank you for your help ;)

Thank you for your reply.

I had forgotten to chown data dirs to bind:bind - this is corrected now.

Now I don't get any messages in syslog when I restart BIND on NS2
server. But NS2 does still not transfer zones from NS1. What can be
wrong? named.conf on both servers look ok to me, and should allow
transfers.. :/

	Create the directory "data/m".

	"file not found" == ENOENT

	From "man 2 open"

     [ENOENT] O_CREAT is not set and the named file does not
exist.

     [ENOENT] A component of the path name that must exist
does not
                        exist.
