Take it down.

But before you do that, notify all your users of the change and how the
users can identify if they have hardcoded the IP address.

After an appropriate interval, take it down.

Put an http server on DNS03.  Unfortunately, this won't do what you
want since DNS requests normally come on port 53 and http requests
normally come on port 80...

Besides if a user is looking an address up, normally they won't have a
web browser actually doing the looking...
