Problem with some queries

Hi.
 
I have one problem, i have my domain xyz.net and i want to look some web site named abc.com. When i use dig command in my dns server making queries for abc.com, the answers are succesfull, if i use icmp protocol (traceroute and ping) this answers very well. But when i try look in my internet navigator this site dosn't answer me. And in others ISP's look that.
 
Some comentary about that?
