9.2.3 to 9.3.1 Upgrade

	General:
	See the security note in CHANGES about use-alt-transfer-source.

	Windows specific:
	Uninstall keeping the configuration (see dialog checkbox).
	When installing 9.3.1 supply (and remember for upgrading) the
	service password.
