	The usual cause of this is someone hand editing the master
	file and not removing the journal.

	Well the record was there when named first deleted it.

	I wouldn't expect it to.  The journal contains a list of
	changes that were applied to the zone.  In theory all these
	changes should be reapplyable.

	Tar them up and send a url to bind-bugs at isc.org.
