I have been running the same Debian Router/Firewall for quite some time,
so there should be no Firewall Changes since I first noticed being unable
to access (now known to be resolve) Future Shop's Web Site.  I tried
running GNAT Box in place of my usual Debian BOX, but the "problem"
persisted...

My Provider recently add a Filter on Port 25 Outbound such that the only
SMTP Server their Customers can use is the Provider's (when using the
Standard Port).  Although it is hard imagine a similar Filtering effecting
just dns1.cidc.telus.com/dns2.cidc.telus.com, since I have not noticed any
problems with my Local BIND being unable to resolve other addresses???

My Routing to dns1.cidc.telus.com/dns2.cidc.telus.com may well be the
issue since Traceroute does NOT reach its destination, with an unusually
high number of steps through Telus "LAND":
