	Nominum has a white paper on the testing of caching nameservers 
at <http://www.nominum.com/content/documents/CNS_WP.pdf>.  Rick Jones 
has some good papers at on his benchmark testing (primarily aimed at 
authoritative servers, IIRC) at 
<ftp://ftp.cup.hp.com/dist/networking/briefs/>.  My own experiences 
in testing both types of servers are detailed at
