Queries work on windoze, not on Solaris

I have 2 domains which can be successfully resolved on Windoze boxes,
but not when running BIND 9.2.1 on Solaris 8.

The domains are;

vm-mail.com
calmra.com

For some reason that I haven't managed to troubleshoot yet, the two
domains timeout on the Solaris boxes (every other domain I have tried
to resolve works fine), yet on Windoze the query returns straight away
and resolves.

Anyone got any ideas for trouble shooting.
