That may be so.

However it's important that people understand there's a difference 
between the root and TLD name servers. One of the purposes of this list 
is to increase the amount of DNS clue in the world. This means 
technical terms should be used properly. Misleading use of terminology 
needs to be corrected to avoid further confusion. For example if 
Stephane hadn't told the OP that the changes were made to TLD servers, 
it is very likely some of the readers of this list would have been left 
with the false impression that changes to delegations and registrations 
of domain names always entailed interaction with the root servers.
