I had both.  I fixed it. It's definetly better but something's still not
quite right.  Nothing comes up for http:

DNSlookup now successfully finds A record and properly goes to NS..

The delegation belongs in the web-hosters.com zone, not
preview.web-hosters.com.  That zone should contain:

preview IN NS ns3.hostingplatform.com.
        IN NS ns4.hostingplatform.com.
