	Yes.  They have changed both names and addresses in the
	past.
	
	In approximately the last 5 years the following changes
	have occured requiring us to update the builtin set of root
	servers in named.
 
1567.   [bug]           B.ROOT-SERVERS.NET is now 192.228.79.201.
1397.   [bug]           J.ROOT-SERVERS.NET is now 192.58.128.30.
