Where can I download BIND 8.4.4 and how to install it

  Dear Sir,
  
  We installed BIND 8.4.4 on FreeBSD 4.3 before and
  now
  we would like to reinstall it on a new server.
  
  Through your web site, we find out 
  ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/src/8.4.4/
  existing  some files.  But we are not sure is it
  correct archive and how I can install it (make ,
  make
  install?)
  
  Please help us.
