RH ES3 Update 3 & BIND 9.2.4

Also I note that whilst they go for a RC of BIND, DHCPD remains the same.
You would think they would take that to 3.0.1 while they are at it (3.0pl2
is what still ships).

Yes .. they are using 9.2.4rc6 - and I'm also am confused why they are
using a RC and not the final 9.2.4
