Cannot see a 2000 server

Thw W2k system sent a DDNS packet to the DNS server
161.55.98.36 (lithodes.afsc.noaa.gov.)
That DNS server refused the DDNS request. Look at
www.eventid.net
and entry the 11153 eventid. You will get more information.
It could be the case that this eventid can be ignored; it might be the
case that the MS code issues the DDNS request and reports on the
request failure without checking (either before the DDNS or after)
whether the required information is already in DNS. I have seen this
with other MS W2k DDNS requests.
