Consult the list archives. This question has been asked and answered
many times already.

Views are essentially name spaces tagged by IP address. Usually the
source address of a query determines which view is visible. So if you
want server B to see both views of some zone on server A, you need to
ensure B makes zone transfer requests from different IP addresses
that are bound to the different views on A. This is trivial. The
transfer-source clause is your friend.
