Offhand, I don't see anything wrong with the resolution of 
ns1.computerking.ca or the computerking.ca zone. Could it be that the 
validation tool that "meganameservers.com" uses simply *assumes* that 
the delegated nameserver are in gTLDs???? Nah, nothing could be that 
stupid. Could it?

Looks like you might have 3 different PTR records defined for 
192.168.0.202. Under those circumstances, a BIND nameserver would 
normally give out the answers in a fixed sequence so you'd see no 
"looping". Do you by any chance have "rotate" set in your /etc/resolv.conf?

In any case, if you have no use for the additional PTR records, delete 
them.

I doubt that this anomaly has anything to do with your other problem.
