These lines are not added to your named.conf file, they should be added
to the zone database file for domain.com.

Then, on ns.newsub.domain.com, in named.conf, you need a zone statement
for newsub.domain.com.  Also, you need zone database file for
newsub.domain.com on ns.newsub.domain.com.
