how does this my isp resolve my url...?

If it comes back as 192.168.1.0 something is wrong:

neonbikini.isp.com is a nickname for isp.com
isp.com has address 216.127.146.15
isp.com mail is handled (pri=10) by mail.safepages.com

Besides, 192.168.1.0 is normally the network-address for the 192.168.1/24 
network.

If you want this to work, the webserver also has to be configured with 
name-based virtualhosts so they know what to do when someone asks for 
neonbikini.isp.com.
